Purpose

The service provider responsible for the website makes this document available to users in order to comply with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE in Spanish), and informs the website’s users of the Terms of Use.
Anyone who visits this website is considered a user and agrees to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as with any applicable legal regulations.
The service provider reserves the right to modify the information that appears in the website, without the need to give prior notice or to inform users of such obligations; merely posting the updated content on the service provider’s website is deemed to be sufficient. Any modifications will not affect orders placed beforehand.

Liability

The service provider is exempt of any liability arising from the information posted on its website when the information in question has been handled or inserted by a third party.
The service provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person visiting the page) to perform certain functions that are considered essential in order for the website to operate and display correctly. Intellectual and industrial property

The website, including but not limited to, the programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, along with the designs, logos, texts and/or graphics, are owned by the service provider or, when applicable, the service provider holds a license or express authorization from the corresponding authors. All website content is duly protected by the legislation on intellectual and industrial property, and has been registered in the appropriate public registries.

In any case, the user will be solely liable for any false or inaccurate statements made, along with damages caused to the service provider or to third parties.
Minors.
Minors who wish to use the services must first obtain consent from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all the actions carried out by the minors under their care. They are responsible for determining the specific content which minors can access, which is why if minors are able to access inappropriate content through the Internet, mechanisms must be set up in their computers, specifically computer programs, filters or blocks, to restrict the content available. While these are not failsafe, they are particularly useful in controlling and restricting the materials to which minors have access.
Obligation to use the website correctly.
The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice, as well as with morality and good customs. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The resolution of any disputes or issues related to this website or the activities performed therein will be subject to Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit, recurring to the courts of the consumer’s region for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use.
